PRO SKY takes part in the BDD Direct Sales Congress

In mid-September, the BDD organised two days of conferences and meetings between members and partners in Potsdam, near Berlin.

The BDD Direct Sales Congress 2023

The annual congress is an opportunity for all BDD members (companies, service providers and suppliers) to come together to discuss the year’s business, projects, and future plans.

Numerous well-organised and entertaining conferences have been prepared and this year again, the BDD presented the “BDD Awards”. The aim was to reward the companies as well as the cooperation partners for the progress and successes achieved during the year.

PRO SKY at the BDD Direct Sales Congress

As a member of the BDD since 2016, it was a very rewarding two days for PRO SKY and in particular Susanne Günther, PRO SKY Head of Account Management, who also specialises in Direct Sales and finding best group flight solutions.

For PRO SKY, it’s important to remember that the BDD is not just an association. It’s a network of direct sales companies and partners that brings all these institutions together to help the industry grow. Workshops, networking, and sharing were the key themes at this year’s congress: to exchange all sorts of ideas for the development of the direct selling industry. And that’s what makes the discussions so exciting!

Vorwerk & PRO SKY at BDD Congress 2023

During the two-day conference, we were particularly honoured to be recognised by our direct sales client Vorwerk Group for our professionalism and expertise in crisis management. In fact, just a few weeks ago, PRO SKY’s 11-strong team of experts flew 2,200 Vorwerk employees and board members to Marrakech, where an earthquake dramatically shook the country just hours after landing. In the emergency that followed, the Vorwerk Board & Event Management team and the PRO SKY team had to react quickly to protect all the guests that had until then been looking forward to their annual direct sales event.

At the BDD Conference 2023, Vorwerk Senior Vice President Corporate Marketing and Communication, Matthias van der Donk thanked the PRO SKY Team for their professionalism and quick action on site: “Reliable partners prove themselves especially in times of crisis”.

Once again, this year we were delighted to meet the BDD members and discuss their future projects in the field of corporate events: incentives, product launches, etc. With our experience in direct sales, Susanne was delighted to show them the best options for group flights…
